Tower Turning Tools

Purpose built for Wind Turbine assembly.

The Tagattach Tag-Plate uses the bolt holes in tower flanges as a safe means of turning and orientating suspended tower sections. The Tagattach turning plate is lightweight at 5kg and secured in place on the tower flange which in turn is supported by lanyard for extra security. 

It features ergonomic grip handles which provides technicians with a means of turning tower sections while avoiding dangerous crush zones.

This game changing safety product also contains magnetic straps and Grip Rope used for orientating bottom tower sections. The magnetic straps eliminate the need of approaching crush zones and the Grip Rope removes the trip hazards associated with fixed length tag lines.

Two lightweight tapered guide pins are also included for aligning tower sections, avoiding the risk of hand or finger crush injuries as found with the traditional method of aligning tower sections with flange bolts. All kit is highly durable and has been load tested, with the primary components tested to destruction. Each item has tethering points to eliminate the risk of dropped objects and comes in a durable,lockable box.
